I have one person I just recently realized I wish I’ve never met, even if this means I wouldn’t have been able to meet some of the most incredible and interesting people. She broke my heart numerous of times, and to some extent, broke my spirit. I would like to see the good in everybody but having the most seemingly kind and loving person pull off crap on you a number of times makes it extremely difficult. She taught me to doubt even the kindest of gestures and to not expect anyone to have your back, especially those who said would. More importantly, she taught me that those who gave you your happiness, WILL take it back again… with price.
